Order cancellation policy: The order is canceled immediately if it has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled until the shipment returns to the store owner. Return policy: 1- The consumer has the right to return the product provided by the store within three days of receiving the product, and they do not have that product after the three days. 2- To return the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety. 3- The consumer bears the costs of the return process, and in the case of international return, the consumer bears all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company, and if there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. The consumer does not have the right to return the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications they set, excluding products with defects or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- The amount is not refunded for digital products. 3- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer.
